Nectar Cafe is a place to be nourished and inspired by wholesome food. We make thoughtful, nutrient rich food that aims to support a healthier lifestyle for everybody.

We offer creative vegetarian food, treats and fresh pressed juices, all hand made by us. Our food is all gluten free, mostly organic and hand picked, and we offer many options including vegan, raw and dairy free.

Every dish we sell has been hand crafted by us and our juices created to be medicinal nectars and not just juice. This means we know every ingredient that goes into everything we do and why they are beneficial, and tasty! We are constantly inspired by food and looking to create new things for our menu, as we believe variety in food and diet is an important part of a healthy lifestyle.

Katia Narain Phillips opened Nectar Cafe in December 2014 as she wanted to make food she believed in, and that would support people to live a healthy alternative lifestyle. Katia has always been interested in food and healthy living, opening her first cafe 10 years ago serving raw food. She has since raised two boys who help keep her inspired to find ways to create interesting and nutritious food. With the Nectar Cafe, Katia wanted to create her dream place to eat, somewhere she would want to go to eat, serving wholesome food that is inspiring, healthy and delicious.

Michael Isted helps us create our specialty teas and herbal waters. Michael created The Herball in 2012 and is a qualified Phytotherapist. He combines his passion and knowledge of herbal medicine with his background in consulting to create beverage concepts, and to introduce ways in which people can integrate and utilise the plants around them.
