Katia Narain Phillips opened Nectar Café in December 2014, as she wanted to make food she believed in, and that would support people to live a healthy alternative lifestyle. Katia has always been interested in food and healthy living, opening her first café 10 years ago serving raw food. She has since raised two boys who have helped keep her inspired to find ways to create interesting and nutritious food. With the Nectar Café Katia wanted to create her dream place to eat, somewhere she would want to go to eat wholesome food that is inspiring, healthy and delicious.
